What can you expect from us? We will try to schedule the inspection as soon as possible. Some inspection companies will use a book with check boxes and scribbling hastily filled out. We use a computer generated narrative report. The report will contain pictures of minor defects and major concerns and explanations of why an item was a concern. Naturally issues will be discussed during the inspection but you will have it all in writing. We want you to be present if possible during the inspection by the way. You may not go on the roof with us or into the attic due to safety concerns but we want you to see what we see and understand what is being done. An inspection agreement must be signed before any inspections may precede. Your report can be emailed in pdf format in addition to receiving a hard copy on paper and on CD Rom.
