Home Inspections
A home inspection is a nonintrusive nondestructive inspection of a home. This is a very basic description. Click to see the State Mandated Standards of Practice to learn more. Before a Home Inspection takes place we need a signed Inspection Agreement. Payment is due at completion. You may pay by cash or check. You may also pay by credit card using PayPal. Mold Swab Sampling
Mold can grow in temps from 33 degrees and up with sufficient moisture. Molds come in three forms. Allergenic, Pathogenic and Toxic. Check our Mold page for more information.

Radon Testing
